Week One Recap

I figured I’d do little recaps of each week of training as a way to keep myself accountable. Here’s how my first full week of training breaks down.

Sunday: 4 Miles.
Monday: 2 miles
Tuesday: A little twinge in the ankle. Played it safe and did not run.
Wednesday: 2 Miles
Thursday: 2 Miles
Friday: 2 Miles
Saturday: 5 Miles
Sunday: 3 Miles
Total: 20 Miles

This is a pretty good start!

I'm a college sophomore who fancies himself a musician and a writer. This blog will be a chronicle of my effort to regain my health and fitness after being diagnosed with Lupus. Since there are no real resources for runners with Lupus on the web, it my hope that this blog will fill that void. But, more importantly, I hope that this blog will stand as a testament to the strength of human faith and willpower.
